You can buy CBD oil in full spectrum, broad spectrum or pure, but what’s the difference in these extraction processes?
Full Spectrum Extraction
Our full spectrum CBD oils are made using state-of-the-art extraction technology. The aim of this process is to extract all the beneficial phytocannabinoids. Here’s how the process works:
We start with the whole plant from our industrial hemp farm in Colorado.
Our proprietary technology extracts a wide spectrum of beneficial compounds.
The end result is an extract that is rich not only in CBD, but also contains cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN), cannabichromene (CBC), natural terpenes, with less than 0.3% THC, the legal limit.
While CBD has the most benefits of all the phytocannabinoids, there are positive attributes to most of these compounds. Find out more about all the phytocannabinoids right here.
Broad Spectrum Oil
Our broad spectrum oils are made from the same high quality hemp extracts used in our NuLife Full Spectrum products with the difference being in processing. NuLife incorporates the latest in distillation technology to separate out a significantly greater percentage of the total phytocannabinoid fraction from the raw full spectrum hemp extract. Broad spectrum distillate provides the end user with the highest cannabinoid potency, when compared to full spectrum oil. Full spectrum oil is simply the raw extract from the hemp plant. Broad spectrum oil goes through a distillation process, which removes all non-cannabinoid aspects from the oil. Broad spectrum distillate contains all the same cannabinoids as full spectrum oil except in higher overall amounts. The lower cannabinoid potency of full spectrum oils is due to the many other molecular components (400+) that dilute down these cannabinoid components, which include organic chemicals like terpenes, fatty acids, and chlorophyll for example. Experience the benefits of all the different cannabinoids (100+) working synergistically at maximum potency in all the NuLife Broad Spectrum products.
