In order to return, we will need the entire product, not used or tampered with, along with the receipt for your order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

There are other options to document damage. Please contact us immediately via phone or email. Any damage reported 48 hrs after delivery will not be honored.
